FitzStitch uses USPS Priority Mail Service (2-3 business days) for most items and FedEx for larger packages when it is more economical. Likewise, if you need insurance above the USPS Priority $50 please message your request. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
Every effort will be made to process and complete your order as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock or on back order you will be notified ASAP. Please include an accurate phone number or email address.
Shipping is only to US addresses.
During holiday periods orders can take longer to process and deliver due to the volume of orders we receive, suppliers ability to ship products to us and shippers’ limitations.
